Counseling can provide a new perspective and offer a fresh look at things. Due to Covid restrictions only online sessions are available at this time. But the benefit to that is sessions are held from the safety of your own home/environment and scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. No need to fight traffic and there is more flexibility in scheduling.
